FMC peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide based sterilants and sanitizers are used in low-acid, high-acid aseptic or ESL applications by major beverage manufacturers in the USA and overseas.

Peracetic Acid

Clarity®
Clarity™ is an EPA-registered single component 15% peracetic acid microbial agent that can be used on food and beverage packaging materials (ie. PET, HDPE, foil etc.), closure systems, and filling equipment in low-acid aseptic, ESL and high-acid aseptic beverage processing.

 VigorOx LS-15®

VigorOx^® LS-15 (15%) is EPA-registered single component peracetic acid microbial agent that can be used on food and beverage packaging materials (ie. PET, HDPE, foil etc.), closure systems, and filling equipment in high-acid aseptic and Extended Shelf Life (ESL) food and beverage processin

Hydrogen Peroxide

Durox® is formulated for high stability and compatibility with stainless steel. This product is the most suitable grade for bath immersion sterilization processes such as beverage container sterilization in TetraPak aseptic machines.

Durox® LRA is a high purity product formulated with a minimum inorganic stabilizer system for high stability and compatibility with stainless steel. This specialized product has very low residue (typical residue below 10 ppm) and is the most suitable grade available for vapor and spray sterilization processes such as beverage container sterilization in Combibloc, Elopak, Evergreen, Krones, Shibuya and other aseptic and ESL equipment.

Durox® and Durox® LRA Hydrogen Peroxide products meet the rigorous high purity requirements listed in the Food Chemical Codex Edition III, pages 146-147 and are designed for food uses allowed in the Code of Federal Register.

Peradigm

Peradigm™ is a patented antimicrobial booster and peracetic acid adjuvant that can be used on beverage packaging materials to enhance performance against organisms of concern such as Mucor and Candidia. The enhanced antimicrobial performance can allow to reduce applications parameters such as contact time, temperature or concentration without compromising microbial safety.
